The line is designed for filling chemically active liquids into PET bottles of various sizes and configurations. A new dosing system has been installed on the line. The type of dispenser is flowmetric (flow meters). The filling heads are equipped with high-precision KROHNE electronic flowmeters, which calculate the volume of liquid in the flow and transmit a signal to the control system. The design of the flow meters ensures a high level of hygiene. The filling heads are lowered into the container by means of a servo drive and rise as the product is filled (without immersion in the product). The dispenser has an automatic dose adjustment mode from the control panel. The possibility of connecting the dosing system to a centralized CIP sink. The line is manufactured in accordance with the packaging samples.
