The line is designed for group packaging of containers in cardboard tray-boxes. The line includes an automatic box former, a grouper and an automatic container stacker. The sizes of corrugated boxes are approved individually for each order.
Description of equipment operation:
The box former folds the corrugated tray and forms a box. Next, the box moves along the conveyor. The grouper forms containers with finished products on the conveyor, after which the stacker places the containers in the box. Further, the tray-box with the packed finished products goes along the conveyor to the stacker.
