The line is designed for group packaging of containers in cardboard tray boxes. The line includes an automatic box shaper, a grouping device and an automatic container stacker. The sizes of corrugated boxes are approved individually for each order.
Description of the equipment operation:
The box shaper folds the corrugator and forms a box. Next, the box moves along the conveyor. The grouper forms a container with finished products on a conveyor, after which the stacker puts the container in a box. Next, a tray-box with packed finished products goes along the conveyor to the stacker.
